what can I expect from a sust only cycle at 250mg a week.. first cycle

It is hard to predict but i think it is unfair to say 'little or nothing at all." My first was sust250 every 6 days. I trained hard, ate everything and walked away after 8 wks with 12lbs (kept 9lb). Yeah its not much but I was happy. That's a year's worth of gains for some. Not that 500/wk is bad, but it is possible to have some "decent" gains off of 250/wk. I doubt you will have to worry about that many sides off a dose of even 500. Just be sure to get some clomid.
 
I did 500mg of 250 on my first cycle, and I gained 17 pounds, after water went away I was left with about 12 pounds that stayed on,however my partner did the same thing and maybe gained 5 or 6 pounds.

I agree with DEI, I would go with the cyp.400 or more like 600 for your first cycle. Thats not enough to affect most peoples hairlines, but you aren't everyone either.
Do what you feel comfortable with.The main things are diet,rest,and workout, however the juice doesn't hurt.....lol

If your guy wants that much for Deca, hes probably high on other stuff too.

I'd say find another guy.

How much do you weigh?height? Maybe its in there already but I got tings ta do and didnt read everything. IN MY OPINION...i would say use an amp o sust every 5 or 6 days and see what happens. You will gain well if you eat alot of protein and train fukkin hard. I am talkin about trainin hard...did I mention training hard? sleep...eat...TRAIN HARD...and grow.:google:


Also I have had a few friends blow the fukk up on that cycle o sust.
 
I'm an anomaly for the board - I gain great off 200mg of deca per week or 15mg of dbol daily (then again I don't live on juice, keep my cycles short and low dosed, rarely do more than 1-2 cycles per year of 6 weeks, tend to employ extensive tapering of mild anabolics or orals, know how to train for size, and eat a lot).

It should also be said that I've been clean for years and many times my cycles were after a prolonged off-period of 1+ years (this is how I know there is no first cycle cherry thing - people just don't allow sufficient off-time, that time on=time off game is for people who's lives revolve around the stuff).

I wouldn't know this unless I tried low dosages. Then again you may be pissed if you don't make good gains. Shoot for 10 keepable lbs. It is reasonable and you will be happy when it is done with major improvments.

Find a different source - try stacking since you can take lower doses (total mg) and make better gains <not as an excuse to add 500mg of another drug to your stack as this seems to be the current thinking on these boards>.
 
Not to call you guys dumb or anything, but anyone who says 250mg of sust per week for your first cycle is a waste is either uneducated or just knows nothing about bodybuilding.

I did a cycle of sust 250mg per week for 8 weeks. I gained 25lbs, then took clomid. (Lost 2 or 3lbs of water) Then kept working out and naturally gained another 6lbs with an OTC supplement. I have now been off for 4 months and im stronger, bigger and more ripped than when I was on my cycle. Im 20 yrs old and it was my first cycle. I started training when I was 13.

My bench went up From 315 naturally, to 360 now.
Arms grew from 18'' to 19.7 inches.
I also went from ripped to more ripped.
And now im finally ready for my 2nd cycle starting in 17 DAYS!!!!!!


So do you guys really think that my cycle was a waste? If you know how to eat very good, sleep, and train, you should gain lots.
 
I would agree with 500mg instead of 250/mg. I have been on 250mg of Sust (with EQ) for 7 weeks and have gotten nothing. I recently bumped it to 750/wk and added Test Prop just so I can salvage my cycle and feel good that I decided to juice. This is my first cycle and I have trained for 8 years, so it was disappointing :( . Different Strokes for different folks though!

everybody's different
1st cycle for me was 20mg dbol a day (5 weeks) and 1 amp of omnadren a week for 8 weeks. when i stopped the dbol at week 5 i was bloated as hell and my ankles were so swollen they looked like i sprained them. i lost about 10 lbs of water in just a few days but in the end i wound up keeping 18 pounds with the same BF%. what's wrong with starting low and increasing the dosage if it doesn't work? oh and get some dbol. fantastic stuff.
