The way i figure it there are 6 factors that determine the damage of a punch
hardness of the area making contact (on your fist)
hardness of the area being contacted (on their body)
weight behind the punch
speed of the punch
physical area of your fist that hits them
physical area of their body that absorbs the hit
I assume if you maximize all 6 you can do serious damage to another person, even if you are out of shape. so how do you maxamize all 6 factors?
