ok, so went two more times to the gym since this thread (went tonight) and I get home feeling GREAT. I decide to make chicken with spinach when I get home. I eat and withing 10 mins, I throw up like a crazy person.
One step forward, two steps back
But i worked out for 90 mins tonight........slowly I'll be as hot as Tat ;-)

Hey, I'm not sure, but I took my meds before I ate. I've taken them before I ate before, but this time, ugh.
I felt 100% right after though.

I went to the gym today. First time in over 2 months and before that I went once since last Sept.
I woke up, had some energy and just did it.
I worked out for 90 mins, Back, chest, bi's, tri's and walking lunges. I also did 15 mins of treadmill.
Thought for sure my strength was going to suck, but I actually benched 65# 3 x 8. Of course lost a lot of my strength, and was lightheaded when I left, but I did it.

Congrats, hermana. :) I started back on 1/12 myself. I did three weeks of conditioning, before getting real with it just a few days ago. I wasnt sure at all how'd my body would react since the symptoms have advanced since I laid off last May.

How's your's reacting? Gains, stamina improving?

oh right on.......glad u started back too

Well the 3 times I've been, I worked out 90 mins with weights only. I did not burn out at all. I had good energy. I certainly cannot lift as heavy as last Sept, but not too bad. I need to go slow anyway.

My muscles the next day are not as sore as I expected. When I worked out last Nov for one day for 45 mins while on high dose abx, I was sick for 2 days. My pain was intense and my brain fog was out of control

I'm guessing on a day where I am remitting, I would prob not work out or if I did, I would prob suffer through the work out and the next day.

so far so good, I need to get back to work in 3 weeks so I need to get strong
It's frigign hard as you know
