Video of me doing bicep curls, you guys should try this

I think this kid's twin was in my gym last week. He was doing shrugs w/ 315. I never saw the weight actually move but he was counting out reps. I believe he hurt himself tho b/c i haven't seen him since. Can't imagine how he hurt himself....

lol I was like wtf -- There is this guy at my gym who swings his whole body arms legs neck in every arm excercise and it kills me everyday -- I am waiting for him to throw something out or just kill em self -- its bad news -- and he doesnt speak english.......................ya
 
Word - I used to lift heavy for many years with someone strict form but nothing too correct. I was benching 180kgs for reps and was well proud of my achievements. Since then I have managed to completely isolate the chest and got some of my best workouts out of 40kg benches.

When I train I isolate as much as possible and keep to the truest form I can.

I will go max once on each workout to check if strength is increasing but that's it.
