Session:
Tuesday - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Session kicked off with push-ups and incline flyes, then moved into heavier tricep pressing and extensions. Rounded things out with upright rows. Strong session with good connection across all body parts. Energy was high, pump came on early, and strength continues to edge up. No signs of fatigue despite shorter sleep duration.
Cardio:
20-minute walk outside at lunch.
Nutrition & Supps:
Pre and intra identical to yesterday- Pump Juice and preworkout (pre), carb powder, creatine and Pump Juice (intra). No additional solid meals pre-training today.
Recovery:
5 hours 56 minutes sleep, woke feeling refreshed and ready to train. Recovery has been solid, joints are feeling good, and there’s no lingering soreness or tightness.

EQ frontloaded this week at 800mg, dropping to 210mg/week moving forward

GH 5 IU/day (7 days a week)

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Left glute pinned this morning with no issues. Water retention in ankles has already started to ease despite the GH bump, which is a good sign. Libido steady, digestion remains strong, and overall energy is high.
Adjustments Made:
No changes made today. Everything going to plan.
Progress Updates:
Weight not recorded this morning. Strength continues to trend upward. Visuals and performance feeling consistent with increased drive and output.
General Comments:
Missus has minor surgery coming up, so some days working from home are expected. Looking to manage that time well to keep all aspects- training, food, and recovery- dialled in. Everything currently firing on all cylinders!
