Rest Day - Unwell (Gastro)
No training or cardio today. Took a rest day due to picking up the gastro bug that’s the kids and missus have had for a week.

Only solid meal for the day was breakfast: full cream milk, protein powder, and oats. Appetite and fluid intake have been limited due to illness. Water intake for the day currently only at 1200mL- well below target. Anything that I've had has come back out immediately
Recovery:
Slept well last night, but feeling drained as the day’s gone on. Hydration and food intake have both been low, and headaches have started to creep in. Some general muscle aching, likely illness-related. No lingering soreness from training.
