Week 0 - Biceps, Back & Forearms
Session included incline dumbbell curls, machine preacher curls, cable hammer curls, cable pullovers, and dumbbell wrist curls. Pump came on fast and stayed full throughout the session. Focus was dialled in from the start and energy was excellent despite limited sleep. One of the best-feeling sessions in the past few weeks.
Cardio:
25-minute walk at lunchtime.
Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout meal: Rolled oats with full cream milk, mixed berries, and chocolate protein powder.
Pre-workout supps: Pump Juice Pineapple, Purple Reign, ALCAR, and water.
Intra-workout: Vitargo, Pump Juice Pineapple, and water.
Recovery:
5 hours and 21 minutes sleep last night. Kids are still unwell, so sleep has been light and interrupted. Despite that, body is recovering well and there’s no residual soreness or fatigue impacting performance. No signs of cumulative fatigue building yet despite the string of shorter nights.

No injection today. All sites remain problem-free. Front loading EQ next week, so glutes and quads will be used to handle larger volume.

No sides to note. Energy, mood, and libido all remain strong. No injection site issues.

Morning weight: 105.4 kg
Strength stable, reps trending up slightly across movements. Fullness and vascularity noticeably high during and after training.
General Comments:
Even on minimal sleep, today’s session hit a high note. Strong pump, mental clarity, and controlled execution. Looking to maintain this momentum into the rest of the week.
