Do you think your dieing or is it just like when you have a bad cough and cold and just hack cough for a couple of minutes.......Damn I cant wait to try this shit......ive decided Im running 50mg day for 5 weeks with 250 - 500 mg test cyp ew for ten weeks. Ive got bromo, clomid, nolva, letro, adex, and aromasin on hand in case I have to throw the kitchen sink at it. I hope to run 500iu of hcg per week. Gonna try the Nelson PCT afterwords with derma, post cycle, and unleashed. A staple in every cycle of mine is Amp02 never workout without it my pre and post workout shakes contain 2.5 grams or purecee with my gnc brand mass builder protein.
Diet will be 3500 calories per day, 30% protein=262grams, 55% carbs = 481 grams of carbs, 15% fats = 58 grams of fat. I will rotate the protein sources in this plan but this is a basic day of the diet.
Breakfast - 4 whole scrambled eggs with cheese, medium bowl Oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of Brown sugar with banana and a 8oz glass of apple juice.
Snack
shake with a large banana blended with 8oz of soymilk or lowfat milk and medium baked potatoes with butter
Lunch
Large chicken breast, large yam, 5oz pineapple, medium mixed salad with dressing, 8oz water
Snack
shake with a large banana blended with 8oz of soymilk or lowfat milk
Dinner
5oz Tuna steak, large bowl of rice with butter, medium salad with dressing 8oz water
Snack
shake blended with 5oz of pineapple with 8oz of soymilk or lowfat milk.
Supper
