Haven't done these in a while obviously.. But hit a nice 20 pound PR.. Went for 555 right after but brought the bar down too high and pressed it back over my face..
3-4 Inch Close Grip Rack Lockouts - 635 x3, 3, 3, 5, 4
I was aiming for 5 sets of 3 as always on these but had a few extra reps in me at the end.. I feel these short range lockout are really helping my lockout strength as well as helping my body adapt to weights well in excess of my max bench press.. And they keep getting easier each time even with the 10 pound jumps i take every other week when i do these..... So for now they will stay..
605 reverse blue band press. Think 590 was my pr, got 12 workouts till meet day. Figured out I have to almost high bar squat to save my shoulder to bench tho.
