Training after a cycle

5x5. For your week 4 or week 5 weight, make your goal to be able to hit 10bs less than your best lifts while ON. This should be a reasonable goal. I think the main focus is to keep calories high and maintain or increase strength. If you do that, you should be in good shape to minimize any muscle loss. Also, nothing works better than 'full' squats 3 times a week for getting your test levels up.


This is what I am doing. I actually started the 5x5 6 weeks into POST CYCLE. Right after cycle ik ept doing what I did. I didnt want to do the 5x5 because I didnt think id be pregressing at that rate with low test levels.

Im in week 3 and i think the weight is perfect. Every last set of 5 felt like I could have gotten 2-3 more reps. So its going good. Check out my log in the weight training section.
