Training after a cycle

Any thoughts on how I should adjust training after a cycle. Been training hard and heavy for last six months while on:

HGH 4iu'sd
Cyp 400mgs/wk
Primo 300mgs/wk
Var 60 mgs/wk

5'10
195
7.32% bf

Consensus is that I back off for a while and do active recovery but my ego is holding me back. My instinct is to hit it harder to compensate for the lack off AAS in my system but my trainer says this may be counter productive. Thoughts?
 
Lift to maintain not gain IMO
 
Go into some German Volume Training. Start at the low end on weights. It will seem like little BUT your joints will thank you for it.

if i were you i would stay with the same routine unless its time to switch it up.

Well your lifts are obviously not going to increase during post cycle therapy so just try to maintain and lift the same amount you were when you were on cycle to keep your gains... so hard to understand?
 
5x5. For your week 4 or week 5 weight, make your goal to be able to hit 10bs less than your best lifts while ON. This should be a reasonable goal. I think the main focus is to keep calories high and maintain or increase strength. If you do that, you should be in good shape to minimize any muscle loss. Also, nothing works better than 'full' squats 3 times a week for getting your test levels up.
