My gym has two very nice power racks...attached to the top bar are those "ab straps" that you put you arms through so that hanging ab crunches can be done...I call the squat racks the "ab racks".
The funny thing is, only a handfull of us squat, and those that don't do those stupid leg raises! They aren't even crunching the abs right! DUH!
