Great job on lowering the cholesterol and losing the fat.

Try to get at least 2 work outs in a week, 3 would be better.
Everything else looks cool, just stick to the foundation foods such as salmon, tuna, chicken, veggies, flax (or udo's), birdseeds, vagina, oatmeal, etc. - and you'll get down to your 8% , no fucking problem.

Keep it up Arc. You're doing great.
 
Thanks for the diet Crum. Let me ask you a question, are fruits OK on this diet? If so, what kind? I've been on this diet for 3 weeks and have been eating Strawberrys and Oranges, is this OK?

what about fruit..?? Maybe like low glycemic fruits(apples,pears,etc)?
And you don't recommend eating any other type of carb during the day at all right..??? Like maybe that low GI fruit before the workout..??
