As for the veggies, I eat carrots. About a cup or a little more per day... I could switch to brocoli, but the farts......
Pork grind snacks? I have eaten some of these, but not on a daily basis. I thought with their no carb/ and yes fat they were good.
Cottage cheese bad?

I eat a container every day or two (each container is three meals)
Amount of protein per day? hmm... ABout 220-280.
I weight 187, so .75 = 139 grams of protein
and at 1:1 = 187 grams of protein.
But Crum's diet is 1.5-2.0g per lb of bodyweight, so=327- 360.
I am low on the protein, I can't imagine how much more to increase it unless I eat about 75g per meal... I thought the body only absorbs no more than 50g at a time...
My second meal of the day could be screwed up... I eat anywwhere from 6-10 egg /egg whites (sometimes less sometimes more eggs vs egg whites) with cheese, and sometimes with bacon.... Good/bad?
Thanks, guys. All I have accomplished with my meal is a decrease in muscle I think..... Oh, i am 5 8".....wanting to loose some body fat from the waist/stomach, but I am not fat, then again, my stomach is not ripped
Thinking about it, I bet a big problem is the amount of walnuts and (was eating peanuts) I have been eating, thinking it was OK, they are full of calories and too much fat and some carbs...
