Alright..After getting side-tracked, screwed up and all that stuff I've decided to try this again. I weigh about 165lbs, 14 years old, roughly 18% BF, and 5'10ft. I'm pretty active. I run the 100m, 800m, and do 100m Relay along with Shot-put every weekday. I'm also on the Old School 3 Day a week program. I've decided to start off by doing this on the first day:
6 scoups of whey
3 oz of boneless chicken
1-2 cups of broccili
4 oz tuna
4 oz steak
9 large egg whites
1/2 cup of cottage cheeze
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 tbs of mayo
1 tbs of flaxseed oil
-------------------------------------------
protein 250g
carbs under 50g
fat around 50-60g
total cals are 1900 or so

I can do that, but I can't do that every day, so that's where I get lost. I don't know what else to eat. The main problem is the 9 egg-whites since my mom's gonna go apeshit if I waste 9 eggs. The rest is alright for a day-today diet, but mixing it up would be nice. I'm looking for someone with roughly the same totals as that above. If anyone has the same stats as me, and they're doing this diet, would you mind posting some of the things I could eat to keep the totals the same. Others are encouraged to add their comments and tips, as well.
