I want to try the diet, but I think I may want some carbs. I don't want to deal with it. Can I follow the Atkins diet? Will Monitpora help burn some fat? I was thinking that 10 ml of B-Ionic may help buffer lactic acid, allowing better workouts. Can I just drink it, or should I inject it using the rectal method?
