Can anybody please shed some light on this? I've been on this diet 6 weeks and never felt better. Losing fat and have lots of enegry and even gaining muscle mass. I get my carbs from veggies and some fruits.

meal 6 - steak or burger or chicken breast (I'll cook at home, so whatever I am making that day.).
meal 7 - 50g casenite or 1 cup cottage cheese and olive oil.
This sounds LIKE it has to work no?? I am bumping up the protein intake on this phase. I have been doing it similarly for the last 3-4 weeks but no weight loss with less protein intake... I have been snacking on peanuts / walnuts (so maybe too much carsb?).

You can't replace veggies with anything. Of course veggies aren't happening. Do you think veggies are there to satisfy your tastebuds? No my friend, there not their for enjoyment, They are there for Punishment.
Seriously though, eat your veggies, Suck it up and do it. No one likes them, but hell, we eat em anyways. Make a game out of it.
