This workout had one goal. To get a really juicy pump and just start my day off with a bang. Was quite happy with it to be honest. Minimal rest periods was lethal..

Rear delta and traps are starting to come through a lot more which I'm really happy with

* Approach has been changed to plan... After Bali a little bit of water has been put on and myself and my coach are not comfortable to push from this position..

The npp was awesome bro but it was creating a lot of hold on water which we don't want at this stage in time..

I think this will get me where I need to be..

6 weeks is the plan and then it'll be a little bit of a rest for the body... Coach will be paying close attention to things and keeping close eye on how I'm feeling physically and mentally as we are using a few compounds now 💪🏻
