Started the day with a 500m swim before work. Trained back, shoulders and Tri's after work and strength and vascularity are definitely more noticeable since incorporating
@Raptor Labs EQ and Mast on top of my test.
Thinking I may need to bump the test up as I noticed my knees and elbows feeling a bit stiff and libido is just average so estrogen could be on the slide.
