Tuesday 27th May

Pinned 125mg test and 150mg EQ from @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep and did a quad workout during lunch break. I should've got some pics because the vascularity in my quads had increased dramatically. This was a high rep low weight kind of session where I was on the clock, so very minimal rest and as a result a great pump.

Started the day with a 500m swim before work. Trained back, shoulders and Tri's after work and strength and vascularity are definitely more noticeable since incorporating @Raptor Labs EQ and Mast on top of my test.
Thinking I may need to bump the test up as I noticed my knees and elbows feeling a bit stiff and libido is just average so estrogen could be on the slide.
