Started the day with a 500m swim before work. Trained back, shoulders and Tri's after work and strength and vascularity are definitely more noticeable since incorporating @Raptor Labs EQ and Mast on top of my test.
Thinking I may need to bump the test up as I noticed my knees and elbows feeling a bit stiff and libido is just average so estrogen could be on the slide.

V bar rows are the best. you can really hit the back hard on it. obviously its paying off for you in spades keep it up!
