Test Prop= the worst EVER!!

I was sick for 2 months on my first Test E run at 250wk. Non-stop coughing. It never really got completely better till I ended the cycle. Some people seem to be able to get used to it and some can't.

seems to be the case.

i have some filtered soy oil from like two years ago.
its just sitting on my pal's desk collecting dust.
its not covered,
just with that rubber stopper.
think its safe?

i am shooting 3/4cc test prop with 3/4cc tren ace
i forgot the mgs
i asked for 150/100 EOD
i think it comes out to 150/75
or was it 100/75..

damn it.
all because i couldnt wait for dianabol..

so i worked out again today
skipped front squat cause my quad and calf
last wed i did overhead press, 180lbs for 3 sets of 5
today i did 185 for 3x3 =(
decided to skip deadlift too

i swear this is the only cycle where i have actually gotten weaker.


and people are asking why im limping.
fuck im such a liar
usually i wouldnt even have to.
"bad programming"
"slept on it wrong"
"spider bite"

so far im going to finish this.
but i really wish i didnt even start.

maybe by the end it will be worth it.

Add 1ml of EO to the vial and mix well, that will reduce the pain a lot.
 
Are you kneading the injection site after you inject? You need to be doing this to spread the oil out under the skin. If you just inject and then go about your day you will have a huge pocket of oil just sitting there festering for days, hence the "pain" you are getting.

After you pin, always take your knuckle and roll it firmly over the injection site for about 2 of 3 minutes. This WILL hurt! But you need to do it. I've done this for years and never had infection, sist, or welt.

i was convinced to let my pal shoot my delt this morning.
so far, good
but i should know by tonight
for sure tomorrow
how bad this will be

hopefully i can bench tomorrow.
my bench has been stuck at 255 for awhile.

i tried my calf because i saw it on siteinjections.com
and that's actually where i have the most meat
more than my quad and ass, i think.
lousy rippetoe squat three times weekly program produced mass all in my lower body and left me with weak undertrained arms..

if you only remember one thing from this thread,
let it be;

NEVER SHOOT PROP IN CALF

Site injections are bullshit. Don't shoot stuff in your calves and biceps and other weird places. Its not Synthol.
