Surprised more people don't suffer pec tears

thanks for the reply Flex , I plan to do something very VERY similar for the provincials.... i guess I'll be doing the same thing your doing for a level 1 but it will be the most I have ever done for a show so I guess it should still be an improvement for me.

When I did the Windsors and Easterns I used the same amount of V..and only 200mg of primo/week and 1 sust ever 2 weeks and only 1-2 tabs of halo a day the last month.

I have alot to prove with this 'comback' show. It bothers me when i know I would have been competing nationally by now and would have already have taken the Ontario's in 2000 when I was supposed to do them and Troy won.
He looked great and was well conditoned but he's not a standout sort of bodybuilder. he's not freaky, I know I would have beat him. And now to be competing against other level 1er's is kind of a slap in the face from the BAO federation. When they trashed my qualifications and told me I had to compete back in level 1 again that really burned.
Don't get me wrong, i'm not going into this show or the Kingston show expecting to win, I know at any show great guys can show up. It's hard mentally competing in a show you have already aced. In alot of ways anything less than 1st and overall will be a disappointment. But the way injuries have been killing my training lately it's definitely shouldn't be a walk through the park. Anything can happen.

For myself at the Ottawa's it was 1/2 cc of Winny every day for the last month.... in hindsight I'm not sure what i was thinking.
I guess all I wanted to do is not lose any muscle....

It's tough to start at the bottom again... Troy wan't amazing , just very ripped i guess. Nelson Da Silva I think was a standout as far a Canadian bodybuilding is concerned. The BAO is a little fucked in making you do all these shows all the time when you don't need to....but I guess that is the way it is...

What do think your chances would have been on the National level? Oh and did you hear there are 2 pro cards given out at the Canada's now...that's great...

From the pics I saw of Troy at the Ontario's and in the Muscle-Tech ads he didn't really make me go 'wow' or anything. I mean he looked great and all but just not a freak like I like. For instance, Mike Mchugh is a freaky bodybuilder..he's doing the Ontario's this year and should have a really good chance at taking them.
De Silva was freaky from what I hear. I've seen a few pics of him and he was very thick and muscle was very mature. He's VERY good for a Canadian bodybuilder.
Had I of never gotten injured, I probably would have beed competing nationally this year. My plan was to do the Ontario's in 2000 and then the nationals in 2002. I think i would have cracked the top ten in the heavyweights weighing in at around 215-220, and quite possible could have cracked the top six and maybe better. The thing about me is my structure is well put together and my conditioning is always freaky. My muscle maturity is good and muscularity is very good as well. I'm the type of guy to flex and muscle pops out where as some guys looks good standing there but when they hit the poses not too much really happens. My one major flaw was thickness, and that comes with age. I was told by one of the higher up judges back at the Eastern's that I was the most conditioned athlete she had seen in awhile in a lower level show but to compete nationally I would need more thickness to be a serious threat. Well I was only 21 at the time so go figure.
For this show if I make it to it, my arms shoudler and legs will be freaky as ever. That I can guarentee. Hams and calves have been brought up as they were slight week points before. The only things off may be my back and chest, for obvious reasons.
