Supplements to take 365 days a year

OK I know I have posted this before, but now I am on a bigger budget and I can afford more supps, so I want to know what everyone takes every day of the year? Mainly for health reasons, not muscle building reasons, but you can still name those if you feel they really help. I am 22 and I need to start taking care of my body. We have so much research on everything these days I dont want to miss out. So please post up all the things that would be worth taking for health/sleep/workouts!

Heres my list. At the end of the thread Im gonna post a Master final list of everything you can take every day of your life to live better, sleep better, and workout better.

-Fish oil
-creatine
-whey/casein
-multi vitamin
 
nothing works better for health daily then plenty of veggies, fruits, and whole grains. i dont know of any sups other than a multi v that i would directly connect to health. maybe unleashed.
 
Creatine 365 days a year?! I'd give that a break.

One's I WOULD recommend and take daily myself.

You mean HCGenerate? Not sure if it's necessary every day. I think BRIDGE every day you're not "on" isn't a bad idea.

1000i.u's of Vitamin D might be too much. I purposely just put the RDA of Vit D in DX7 as to not develop a build up. Vit D stays in the system a long time and overdoing a daily dosage can actually get toxic.
