OK I know I have posted this before, but now I am on a bigger budget and I can afford more supps, so I want to know what everyone takes every day of the year? Mainly for health reasons, not muscle building reasons, but you can still name those if you feel they really help. I am 22 and I need to start taking care of my body. We have so much research on everything these days I dont want to miss out. So please post up all the things that would be worth taking for health/sleep/workouts!
