Haha flow will be gone in a day or two max it is really light. I get such werid visits when I get them very short.

Glass is half full baby and rising ;)
 
Things will get better .... I know you know that, just have to keep plugging along and be the best you can be. :) You are going to do great .... keep us posted and you can always vent frustration here. :)
 
Come on girl....you have what 3 weeks left....you can do this....of all the woman on here....YOU can do this.......The period is hormomal..work through that and then get back to kicking ass..YOU can do this

YES... I AGREE! Believe you me, when sassy told me... 'girl you will see so much in that last week' I thought she was nuts and it was some crazy carb depletion talking to her. But within one week of water deplete and carb loading I filled out and abs came in amazing. I had seen said abs before but never ever to that degree of thickness.

You look amazing QT, when is the final date?

November 25th times ticking. I feel great today very strong and able but I had carbs Fri-Sun. Lets see how I am by this Friday when it will be day 5 no carbs :worried: Also changed up the training a bit to meet the demands of lower carbs etc.
 
Update:
So Tuesday night trip to the gym I feel down half a flight of stairs at the subway station. Sounds worse then it is minor bruising nothing that stopped me from my leg workout that night. I did notice yesterday that the leg that my left foot on top was kind numb at time through out the day and just a minor ache pain but doesn't look bruised or anything to serious. I did my cardio last night with no problems. This morning it feels a lot better so I think it is in the clear. We will see how I feel when I put my heels on this weekend and do my quarter turns.
Diet is low low carbs again but I am not doing to bad feel pretty tired by the end of the day phsically but can't sleep even with melatonin but I only take one 3 mg pill maybe I should bump the dose up 2 more days tell carb up :D
 
Sorry to hear about your fall, QT, but glad that it wasn't too bad. Was it because you were on low, low carbs and your head wasn't screwed on right? I get light-headed and klutzy when I'm not "all there" or I'm just plain hungry and haven't been able to get my hands on my next meal.
