Hey everyone,
I am a new member and would really appreciate your opinion on hiring a trainer. I have always been an athlete, whether fast pitch softball, gymnastics, cheerleading, (debateable sport but athletic actvity none the less
) and a runner. Up until last July I trained 6 days a week, 3 lifting and 3 cardio, I jumped in with a group of freinds who were training for a marathon but only 6 weeks before hand so I know I did not do my body any favors there. The problem is ever since I have had such a hard time getting back into shape. I moved last august and had a whole lot of personal issues to deal with (Ex's SUCK!!) so it has been a battle to get back into the shape I would like to be in.
I was contemplating hiring a trainer to whip me back into a good routine, I have the discipline but I think I need a little push. Any suggestions on where to find one in my area?? Thanks so much in advance.
