Site injection worries - painful and lump!

Hey guys,

Injected sus for the 7th time on saturday just been, doing a 12 week cycle on sus 250, 2.5ml a week (625mg)

Ive got a problem. Due to being on holidays and in a different country I left my supply at home, and purchased some more gear whilst abroad, so its different gear to what I normally use. I injected 2.5ml as per norm into my glute on saturday, everything went fine, massaged, hot shower before hand etc etc, but its now wednesday and my arse is hurting like all fuck. Cant walk properly and Im a little worried I possibly have an infection or abcess? Or maybe just a bad reaction to the different gear. The site where I injected is ever so slightly red in a little patch and feels really hard to push. Can also feel like a lump right where I injected?? It also feels like the muscle is "flexed" or under tension, and its all hard. Ive tried massaging with hot showers, hasnt really done much. Kind of freaking out!! Any thoughts? Cheers. I would go to the doctors but im overseas... :|

Some key summary details:
Injected 2.5ml sus 250
Drew with 18g needle from amps
Injected into left glute with 1.5" 23g needle
Everything done cleanly and hygenically
Now feel like mike tyson has punched me in the arse cheek every morning

The hot shower wont really help too much cuz its not a long enought time span. You need to get a heating pad and get it on your ass bro. Sounds like what you have is a sack of oil just sitting there. So use that heating pad and massage as much as you can stand. Might be that the diff stuff had a diff kind of oil that was thicker..
If it get s more red and more painful you may need to go to a Dr and get it drained out.
Next time heat your gear up first, then shoot it and then massage the hell out of it. Good luck bro.

the Prop i have literally fucked my quad up so bad i couldnt flex my leg or bend over at all. almost had to call off work. if that would have been on my ass i would have been fucked. im gonna mix that stuff with test e for my next cycle to see if it cuts the pain but on its own i will never use it again. will throw out if mixing doesnt work.
