Hello ladies,
Some reviews say CLA causes side effects on females, I read some people get dizzy the first weeks of taking it. I tried lots of fat burners and nothing worked, so want to try out CLA an see how it goes, has any girl taken it here? thank you.
 
CLA is an essential fatty acid supplement. It's a good supplement to take but don't expect miracles from it. It is not a hormone or a stimulant so there is no way it can cause side effects like dizziness. The women who experienced those side effects were most likely using CLA with a stimulant based fat burner. Stimulants can very easily cause nausea if they are abused. Stimulants often do more harm then good because they also raise cortisol levels and can lead to adrenal fatigue.

CLA should not cause dizziness, its a simple fatty acid that participated in fat burning process
 
I would not expect anyone experience dizziness from CLA. I would also not expect much of anything from it as far as fat loss. It may help some but very minor. I would look into Cardarine for sure. 20mg per day will help with endurance and directly with fat loss.
