Sheeeeet, tore my pec last night!!!!

Damn that shit is scary bro.makes me rethink going heavy now on my bench. Anyone know of a good tendon/ligament sopport cause I think i jacked something up in my forearms cause of this issue :bigbuck:
 
I had much heavier bruising and covering a larger area but I think my muscle tore from the tendon and not the tendon from the bone.

Lower back shit is a killer. There's not really anything I do that doesn't utilize those muscles. Problem compounded with being out of shape, and putting on a fat-belt around my waist. Gotta cut that down and strengthen the core first (for me), and start lifting. Heavy lifting is a ways down the road.

Cardio always comes first for me.

Yeah heavy lifting is a ways down the road for me too. I'm still worried about doing push-ups. I'm just gonna start doing a lot of cardio and high rep low weight workouts, which is something i have not done in years. It will be good for me. One day i'll be benching over 300 again! Maybe in a few years, I dunno.
 
did you take g h during the healing? 10 weeks post RC tear I was benching at 95% with almost no pain (although I'll admit my tear wasn't anything like as bad as your pec)

Nope I didnt add any HGH like I wanted too, but I dont think it would have made a great deal of difference. I was in a sling for 5 weeks prior to surgery so my arm/chest was getting absolutely no movement and I didnt start any rehab until about the 7th week and that had not involved any chest movements, all the rehab I was doing was to strengthen my shoulder.
