Yes, I meant measure with a measuring tape, LOL...Am I the only one who measures herself? I do it to see difference in gains...I have no callipers so mirror and tape help...It may not make sense, but I see myself with a bit more definition and when I measure I see if I am gaining size (LBM) and dropping BF%...
Make sense?

Yep makes sense. I measure too but not as often as I use the callipers.....so lets see here...getting the tape out and measuring.....

upper: 21.5 in
mid: 19 in
tear drop: 16.5

was not flexing on any measurements.


......how's that? :)

Pretty much the same as I. How about 90 degree angle, foot resting bed...
Yet you lseem to have a LBM and 0% fat on legs!!!

HA!!! I wish! My quad pinch says 12-14 (depending on bf at the moment).

What about the 90 degree angle? What do you want measured? lol Sorry - I don't understand again...... :qt:
 
yes please mine is 19...Are your squats ATF? and what weight do you use? On Smith or free weight squats? I have never tried front squats and was wondering how difficult they are?
 
Scorpio Girl! My goals you ask? - To look like you!! No really - they are! What a great shape you have! Keep up the great work! I was there - and then strayed off the path - glad to be back though!! - Just had a great work out and am psyched to do a little more training tonight - DH still wants to go to the gym - how can I say no! DD wants to run tonight too so I am looking forward to that. Over all goals are to see my abs again, and always increase strength. Luckily with my horrendous eating and weight gain strength is still good. - So, I definately have work to do but I am prepared! Diet plummeted when I went high carb - it was in the form of fruit and veg but I never ate protein and as a result I ate more and more fruit which led to huge sugar cravings and the weight started to come on. I am eating more protein now and it is amazing how my appetite drops and my muscles respond! Thanks for stopping in!!

I can only go light on squats. I end up crippled from sciatic pain the next day if I go heavy. When I do squats they're either ATF or parallel.

I do my heavy stuff with leg press and hack squat. The weights I use are logged within the last 2 weeks on both of those. :) Can't remember exact weight at the moment.

Well thank you! I am a work in progress trying to gain some size so I'm still trying to get where I want to be too.

Ahhhh, the carbs can get ya. I've done that before too..... :rolleyes:

Thanks for sharing! I will look into log, and guess what? I too get sciatic
