This looks like a interesting combo of a meal..
I don't know how you all eat chili especially those that eat like Wendy's. I end up so sick from all the grease and fat from the meat it's enough to tunr me off from it. Let alone when I was 4, I decided I didn't like my mom's chili so I added a cup of grape kool-aid.. MMMMMM BARF, I was to scared to tell her and I was forced to eat the whole bowl. So till this day when I mention anything about grape like I have in the past in my thread this is the reason why!

Anywho hope you have a good day :)

15 Steps each leg w/toe raise between each step - 3 sets

Leg Curls
35# x 10 - 3 sets

Leg Extensions
45# x 10 - 3 sets

Calf Raises w 20# DBs
2 sets of 20

I feel the glutes already! Yeay!:)

Totals: I'm not sure due to the coffee houses today - but I think I'm over 2000 calories for the day. Have no clue on macros, but I don't think my protein was high enough.

LOL.....I make my own chili. No grease - I cook the meat until it's dry......good stuff! :p

Hmmmm, Kool-aid......I might have to try that!! lol
 
SG, I'm starting to feel sorry for your adrenaline glands! The EC stack...triple espressos...all those Skittles...

I know, I know.....and I did it again today! I stopped buying those protein bars and they really could have saved me the last two days! I've had appointments out the wazoo!
