I'm having the reverse problem. Now that I'm limiting my protein macro to 40%, I feel so lost about what else to eat. I love my poultry and seafood! At the cafeteria at work, they call me "Fowl girl" (also pronounced "Foul girl" ) because of all the chicken I consume daily.
Maybe you can try adding egg whites in liquid form or powder form to your diet? Scallops and shrimp that you seem to like have a lot of protein too.
Well, I did a little better today. Protein is at 51%, but now my calories are too low. GRRRRRRRRRR!!!
I'll get it right one of these days!!!! I walked by the seafood while I was shopping the other day, but I wasn't hungry and didn't get everything I should have. I even LOOKED at the scallops and walked right by them. What a dipshit!!!

I've always noticed carbing up the day prior to a hard w/o (i.e. Leg day) would work better? Have you done both? Also drinking Power/Gatorade during the w/o helps too ...
