Technology is great. That wasn't even her heaviest set and that was after some crazy heavy V squat lifting from Hammer Strength.

Thank ya', Bunn's! I'm getting there.....of course, there is the never ending battle with the glutes. Always working on those. Haven't added cardio in ... YET ...maybe in a couple weeks. Starting to think about a routine now.....

:D

Our training is a 3 day split based on a 4 day rotation. Pretty much low volume and high intensity. Cardio? Yeah, maybe should start adding a few sessions starting Friday....

You're at a great place to start. Suggestion - work on & make perfect your lat spread. This is the most awkward of the poses but when it looks great, it looks fantastic!

Would you say she needs to work on her rotation back with the arms as well in her back double bi? Seems like her arms are angled forward a tad bit much.

I wasn't insinuating that she needs it, but came so far without it is awesome. Sitting pretty right now IMO. Sassy was really big into a daily warm up with lunges & step ups (+ a few other things for her atl show) that I do feel helped her greatly with the glutes. Just a thought, may want to pick her brain on that if you're interested.

I do think the atf squatting (front & back), step ups, lunges, hypers/ham raises & step mill have given myself a brazilian butt lift.

A lot more detail should show up w/ leaning out. Definitely keep the head up. Hard to tell the angle of the arms. Generally trainers will tell you to bring arms / elbows forward a little more on a rear than on a front double bi. Honestly I'd take pix at different angles and see which one she "wears" the best to bring out the most detail. Also don't forget the leg work as well on those -- what really stands out on an amazing rear shot is a killer hammy. A bad hammy can also detract from a really good rear upper back. Just in general work on getting a balance of keepign right and left arms at the same height. I think people tend to not notice a tendency they may have to bring one further up or down than the other. Again look to lots of pictures to identify natural tendencies towards imbalance and adjust -- when it becomes habit much easier to deal w/ at stage time.

I def have a tendency to keep one arm and shoulder lower than the other. I need to work on that. Hopefully sometime soon, Shawn can take some full body pics. :) - work on the whole package with smiles and all....lol

If you can get comfortable w/ the posing early on & then spend several weeks fine-tuning, it takes a hyuge pressure off when you get to the stage. Also when you do spend the time focusing on tiny variations to a pose, you start to see a lot more of "how" you look, what is coming out, what is lagging, etc. Its all very interesting and then you have a lot to go to the stage w/ as far as where to stand, how to present, etc.

Then it was worth it and deserved! If you dont (insert expletive) it out in the next 2 days then youll work it off. Get it out of your system now and start eating properly woman!! :velvett:

Yah well, I'm hoping that's the end of that kind of eating. I haven't had a real cheat for about 3 weeks.....and I'm not supposed to be having ANY right now anyway, but I'm progressing nicely so I fudged tonight.

Now.....if I can just get Shawn to stop eating dbl cheeseburgers from McD's (4 at a time) I'll be good!

Actually there are a few blends we are using from them:

We have:
Mega-Mix *MRP* Formula
15% Whey Protein Isolate Ion-exchange
15% Calcium Caseinate
15% Hydrolyzed Whey Protein

TEAMSKIP Protein Formula
34% Whey Protein Isolate Microfiltration
33% Micellar Casein
33% Egg White Protein

Night-Time/Middle of the Night Formula
50% Whey Protein Isolate Ion-Exchange
40% Calcium Caseinate
10% Micellar Casein

Ture Protein has alot of great stuff. I started using them a few years ago and havent looked back. One of the owners is Dante who is pretty well known for his DOGGCRAPP training ideas.

It's much better! Eating on a regular basis now.....and it helps that Future packs food for me when he can too.

Considering we were using as very old and heavy Smith along with your bodyweight being around 120 I am just amazed. Having a waist that small AND NOT wearing a belt to boot! Impressive squatting.

Awww, I love ya' both!

I still need to go a tiny bit deeper tho......working on it. :)

LMFAO, future.

Scorp - How do you like the machine based work vs the free weights etc?
Well, I like them both, but with DC it's mostly machines due to the mini sets and only short rests between. It's hard to do that with free weights. I feel better mentally when I do free just because I know I've used stabilizers too and I feel I've "done more work" so to say.

Thanks for elaborating... I know what you mean about the stabilzers ... oddly enough, all the compound lifting I was doing I feel excentuated the imbalances I had, I cannot explain why at this time but I can FEEL it more than before. It's rather bizzare.

Well, ladies....just thought I would throw this out there......I'm having a really SHITTY night! :(
