Can i make a suggestion :) If you don't wanna choke down a shake you can always stir a scoop or two of protein into your yogurt as well its pretty good :p

How's the new kitty? :D

Back day usually takes me 'bout an hour to get thru. I try to stick with around 45 min on all training sessions (that excludes cardio tho)

1200 cal?!?!?!? whoa.........yah, I have those days too, but like you I usually am ready to :chomp: lol

New kitty almost got a new home - lol He's never been around other animals and he didn't know me either so he was pretty slinky at first. He comes to me now and doesn't growl and hiss at me anymore lol

His name is Jack. :)

Speaking of animals....how is Samson?
 
lol .. my mom had an orange tiger stripe named Sissy when I was little... It was the "Pet Semetary" Cat, hated everyone but her...

Bunny - if you sent me another text Saturday night I couldn't get it. My pic screen and outside screen were a lot messed up from a little phone throwing session I had :D

Welcome....

I've been working on putting on size for a while now. I wasn't all that lean in Detriot because of it......I was in a mini bulk at the time. Just started to cut a few weeks ago so see what I have now and to gage what I need to work on for a contest. BB, of course, for me. I'll be a lw, but hope I can be at the top of my class for it so I have some work to do.
 
Hey WW & Jen! Thanks for stopping in. I'm trying to make it to logs to at least READ.... but it's hard to do. Got a deadline of today and need to stay busy so my CPA will have everything he needs from me.

I had the same problem! do you have microsoft office picture manager? if so you can resize them in there before putting them in photobucket.

I've tried everything. I'm convinced Photobucket sucks. I want a new program to link my pics to! I tried resizing in the program I always use Microsoft PictureIt. Made them 200x??? pixles and photobucket still had them huge.....whatever....now I'm just pissed..............
