My pants are fitting REALLY tight in the quads and loose in the butt and waist....guess that's not a bad thing! Weight is going UP!!!

I'm hungry all the time and only eat WHEN hungry. I'm anywhere from 1550 - 1700 a day and ALWAYS hungry.....and suggestions? Drop the calories????? :worried:

I've decided that I have all the size I want on my shoulders, bi's and tri's. I'm going to train them at the same weight I have been and I won't be increasing, but maintaining. I'll continue to push on everything else until further notice.

Sounds like one of my days. I spend a lot of time and $$$ at Meijer's and Kohls.

I am not an expert but my trainer suggests eating 1200 on the days I am not working out, you could try that, I don't work out only 2 days a week and it isn't so bad and it seems to work for me???

I am right there with you SG - ALWAYS HUNGRY!! I think that my metabolism is raging out of control!! I have never cut so I am not sure if I should be feeling this hungry and if I should just suck it up and deal with it. Or if I should be taking care of the hunger!!! So I am jacking your thread - sorry, you can beat me up later!! But, I would LOVE to know the answer to this as well :bigkiss:

I think you are losing BF... If the pants are getting bigger around the waist, and the quads are getting bigger..... It sounds like muscle gain to me!!! Keep moving!
