OK, I'm ticked off! I was supposed to leave the studio to go to the gym @ 4:00 PM, but I had to wire a couple of beds unexpectedly. Now I'm STARVING and it's LEG DAY. Going to have to grab a sub from next door to get food in me and then wait another couple hours.......don't know if the gym is going to happen today. It's been a LOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGGGG week. Might have to hit it 2x tomorrow! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR :<

take some oxy seriously (just an extra shot) ... eat what you need to, just try to make it healthy .. all you can do ... chillax beautiful .. GYM will be there .. you WILL NOT get fat overnight ... and you're going to have a killer workout either way, whenever you make it ... :rose:

You will get to where you want to be ... I know missing a day or so bites.... it's aight though SG :heart:

Easy hun, and know that most of us feel the same way about missing a workout. But, we all need to once in awhile even if we hate to. Nothing you can control so just hit it hard next time around. :heart:
 
Thanks, Girls.......didn't make it yesterday. I got up early to get there this morning, and that didn't happen either. I would have had 15 min. AT THE MOST of gym time had I gone this morning.

I've really tried to get there all week and it seems like something was ALWAYS in the way. The equipment techs are gone now, so I should get my ME time back.
