I still stand by my suggestions seeing that I transformed my ass WITHOUT yes the first 12 weeks .. ALL diet ... the T back comparision pic to that one in the announcement is phenom ... :) But I don't want to post it ... Diet works wonders ... BUT I now have an ass from those things I've mentioned ... :evil: :)

I still wanna see your tushy ...

I'm really trying to kick it up with the walking lunges and the squats with my feet out in front. Doing a little lighter weight to really try to burn it up. I have YES at home (not much left) and I keep forgeting to use it.

So I'll take a look at your plyo's and see if I can incorporate some of it in my leg day (which is TOMORROW!!!). I've made some pretty damn good progress, but it's the last thing to lean out on me. Everything else whips right into shape, but the 'ol kiester has a mind of it's own!!!! lol

I'm outta' here to go do my cardio now......be back in a bit.......:heart:

I can do cardio on MACHINES (ellipticals & steppers) much better than just running. I can't run - not even on a treadmill - I feel like a dump truck trying to fly.....just doesn't work!!!! :lmao:

OK, I need to re-evaluate my training schedule again. Weekends are just too busy to throw training in the mix too - unless it's just cardio....SO.....

M-F:
*Training every day
*Cardio 4 days
*Cardio 2x a day on two of those days (we'll see how that goes)

Still training muscle groups 2x per week, so will have to take another look at how I've got it all grouped.

Well, let's see.....she came in to take over at the studio for me at Noon. I was supposed to leave, go to the gym, get a few errands done and get back home and eat...blah, blah, blah....

Well, I ended up NOT leaving the studio and a client of mine came in, so we were trying to move a piece of equipment (that FOUR of us COULD NOT move - lol). I've got a bed manufacturer here this week putting up the rest of my walls for me (they're made for tanning - modular - new concept) so I was trying to get things in place.

While at the studio, my old neighbor (from Mr. S's house) called. Said she found our snake in her mulch and wanted to know if we still wanted it! (Long story short....my daugher was outside with the snake and her bf last summer and wasn't watching the snake close enough. The snake went into a chipmunk hole and we never saw him again. We did, however, find a severely dehydrated chipmunk and took him in and got him healthy. Ziggy was only about 1 1/2 feet long and as big around as your thumb, so we didn't lose a Boa or anything! lol

We left the studio about 3:00 Saturday. Had to run around and get stuff for Ziggy's (Marley) terrarium, then we went to get my new kitty. By that time it was 6:30 PM.

.....Gym closes at 6:00 on the weekend.......


What I REALLY wanted was a Big Mac, but I figured I really didn't need it since I got the large fry. :lmao:

The new kitty is a little overweight, so he's going on a cutting diet! He's close to 20# - which isn't good for kitty. He's 3 yo, neutered, declawed in front, LOOOOONG hair, grey. Needs brushed BADLY....doing that a little each day. I thought about taking him to the groomer and having him shaved to start all over! lol .....a shaved p...... I KNOW you already thought of that! :lmao:

Thanks for stopping in, all! Yesterday really was a LONG day. I was busy here at the studio. Have the bed manufacturer tech's up from Texas this week, so they've got a bunch of junk in the back to put up the rest of my walls.

One of my employees called at 3:15 PM yesterday when her shift starts at 5:00 and proceeds to tell me her mommy made her a dr. appt for 4:30 and forgot to tell her, so I was assuming she would be late. I told her to cancel and reschedule and she had to call to confer with mommy on that one. Turns out mommy said they're booked 2 months in advance and she couldn't reschedule. This was for abnormal cells on a pap, mind you. They should have scheduled her earlier than 2 months if this were ACTUALLY TRUE.

Anyway, I told her I was going to write her up "formal written warning" and to ask mommy if there were any other appts she hasn't told her about so this wouldn't happen in the future. (I didn't say mommy when talking to her - lol) Well, 6:30 rolled around and I was waiting....then 7:00....and so on. No call, no show. My employee handbook states "No call, no show = NO JOB" AND.....considered EMPLOYEE QUIT, so she can't go file unemployment on me.

I actually don't know if she was trying to tell me she wasn't coming in, or she would be late, so I took it that she was still coming in, just after her appt. Who knows?!?!?

So she screwed my LEG DAY!!!! This morning I was up early and got to the gym at 6:00 AM to train: Legs, Back, Shoulders, Bi's - no time for cardio.

Hoping today will be better........have a great Tuesday!

She's 19, lives w/her bf, goes to college FT and has another job. She's way too responsible for this kind of crap! I have her - as my right hand man - and 2 fill-ins when needed.

training went well this AM. Wish I would have had time for cardio.....I would have done it.

Was going to start doing the AM cardio this week. Just so happens I have to be at the studio early now since I'm having equipment installed. That cuts an hour off my morning which was my gym time. Yesterday I was up from 2:30 AM to 11:30 PM last night. Slept like a rock, but couldn't get out of bed this AM. I'll try tomorrow morning....hopefully I'll be rested up by then.

I got home from work last night and was a little slap happy from lack of sleep. I just couldn't go to sleep though. It's light until 8:30 or so, and I guess it's a mental thing for me that I should be up for at least 2-3 hours after dark. I don't know HOW that's manifested itself into my brain, but I just can't shake it.

Started out....uh....not so good. Just in a crappy mood - better now though after my espresso fix.

Well, society raises girls to think they NEED to be married. I was TRYING .... but every time I came close, I realized.....I just really didn't want that guy for the rest of my life and knew it wouldn't last, so I'd end it. I also had one who told me to tell him when I would be ready to settle down and he would get me a ring. Said he wanted a date that he could plan on - this was when I was 24. He was OUT THE DOOR!

So......I've given up on the whole marriage thing. Never been, probably never will be. I just really don't want to be married and society can kiss my ass if they don't like it!!!! lol

I told Mermaid I was going to be "the cat lady"!!! :lmao:

Go ahead and jack, Bunn's! I don't mind! :) I was in a meeting ALL DAY yesterday. Ate like crap and didn't make it to the gym. Funny thing......I was STARVING before bed and I haven't been to the grocery so I resorted to Kraft M & C (almost the whole box). I was STARVING again right away this morning with a lot LESS bloat than I thought I would have. So far, it's NOT a bad day! lol

Easy hun, and know that most of us feel the same way about missing a workout. But, we all need to once in awhile even if we hate to. Nothing you can control so just hit it hard next time around. :heart:

I am not an expert but my trainer suggests eating 1200 on the days I am not working out, you could try that, I don't work out only 2 days a week and it isn't so bad and it seems to work for me???

I am right there with you SG - ALWAYS HUNGRY!! I think that my metabolism is raging out of control!! I have never cut so I am not sure if I should be feeling this hungry and if I should just suck it up and deal with it. Or if I should be taking care of the hunger!!! So I am jacking your thread - sorry, you can beat me up later!! But, I would LOVE to know the answer to this as well :bigkiss:

I think you are losing BF... If the pants are getting bigger around the waist, and the quads are getting bigger..... It sounds like muscle gain to me!!! Keep moving!
