I do find that I get a more restful sleep though.....as long as a certain CAT isn't JACKED UP! :lmao:

No problems waking up.....last night my cat hid the bottle from me and I was already in bed when I went to grab it. I figured, oh well, I'm not gettin' back up. I tossed and turned all night. My back is KILLING me today. No more "Oxyless" nights for Scorp!!!

Well, I can say that I've not been leaking!!!! lol

....and on the latter....I'm not sure of that. I haven't been taking it very long. Bunny could probably tell you a little better. She's been using it longer than I.

I think I would be like a dog humping a tree post if I took anything else. Funny I was just talking iwth Bunny about that yesterday. Since all my foods are in a vice and I don't have that outlet tension does build other places, muhaaa.... No need for any oxy help!

I was worried about the increased libido and the BOLDNESS (I do NOT need to be any more bold!) but I'm not having any problems.

Last night I did 3 each side, went to sleep about 11:00 and slept like a rock. Woke up once or twice because of lightening flashes, but that was it. I couldn't believe it was 5:30 AM when I looked at the clock. SOOOOO happy! :)

lol - I think you would be OK. I only use it at night to sleep - most of the time.

I can make them sound really gross if you want?!? I feel MUCH better in the AM after I get my cardio in......it's just one of those things where the hardest part is actually GETTING there.....after that, it's all good :)

I just shake really bad to the point it is hard to walk after my calve workout! I look really funny at the gym. I have to train my shoulders first and calves last other wise I am shaking so much I can't lift other weights!

Thank you everyone for your comments. I really appreciate them! I'm trying to stay motivated. I'm getting up in the AM for cardio now and still getting my training in, but I am starting to get this "awww, do I HAVE to" nagging little voice lately. I'm posting my diet here, but I haven't posted it up in fitday since last week! I need to get back to that too.

Keeping up with Bunny and the precomp girls is one of my ways to push and not let that little voice do any CONVINCING!!!! lol

Just keep thinking summer and swimsuit :) No thinking in the morning.. alarm goes off, you get up. Thats' the only way I can do it!

Holy shitness!!! I could'nt figure out for the last day and a half why my lower abs weren't as flat as usual - and why the scale went up from 122.5 to 126.....

I figured that out today when my insides started twisting in knots and the bitchy aunt came to visit!!! lol I totally forgot it was time for that....I'd never taken those pics had I remembered. lol

OK, now I'm gonna' have to RETAKE the pics late next week! I know, I know.......just want you want to see....more of ME!!!!!!!

If I may, a few suggestions on your routine.

1) Either do back first, completely, or alternate shoulder and back exercises. You'll be able to move more weight around, in either scenario.

2) Have you tried Barbell Rows? Also, what about assisted pullups, instead of lat pulldown?

Occasionally, I alternate.....but I'll try getting back in first and see if that helps. My shoulder is being a pain in the arse right now, don't know if doing shoulders first has anything to do with that or not.

....as far as the pullups - I keep meaning to use that thing, but I'm always over by other equipment and I forget.....note to self.....assisted pullups next back day I loved the burn in the rear delts yesterday. I rarely feel that.

Yep, I've done barbell....did dumbell yesterday. I feel like I can isolate the muscle more with the dumbell.

Well, that was the plan, and I wanted to get chest and tris in too. I had ONLY enough time to squeeze it all in before work. Just so happens my fave manager wasn't working, but was training. So I talked to him a couple of times and it pushed cardio back to tonight.

Nice story......I'm all concerned about my arse not leaning out like I want it too and I want to start doing cardio 2x a day 2x a week with 4-5 days cardio total. So he asks me why I'm doing cardio....I told him that I have an area that needs some work. He says, girl, you don't have an ounce of fat on you. I say...well I'm 12.5% and I'd like to be 9 or 10. He shook his head and said, 12.5% is unheard of for a female and you look great. I, of course, was flattered! I said, yes, but the people I talk to on a daily basis train and I feel I need to do my best (or something like that). He just kept on with the compliments.

He told me later that my posterior area I'm so worried about looks nice - and he added "I mean that respectfully"....lol

...and a little later he says....just to let you know, I see A LOT of people thru here everyday. If I would put you with a group...you would be in the top 5, you look great - I like it!

I think I'll just hang out at the gym with HIM all day to make myself feel better when I have a bad day!!!! lol - he's a little cutie...and 10 years my junior!!! :D

SOOOOOOO....cardio tonight!

This body was not made for long distance running or continuous jumping of any kind! lol I don't know how you do it, Bunny. I'm a sprinter kinda' girl - don't have the endurance for that other stuff. I've tried :(

Just telling you what WILL work for your legs.. passing on the knowledge oh beautiful scorpian ... You just need the right person to :velvett: and NOT kill you ... just to be there, show you, push you ... wish you lived out here, could take you to the stairs .. maybe after them you'll post a butt shot .. don't think I havent noticed.... that's what it took for me last year... the KICK thru that door ... :rose:
