Thanks all for the birthday wishes!! I had a great bday on the 23rd...turning 23
My new bed kicks ass it's not even funny... didn't want to get out of bed, I think sleeping is my new favorite hobby, lol. And my back feels 75% better... once I get my lower back popped back in line and a full tune up this week i should be waking up with zero back pain for the first time in a LONG time ... i'm looking forward to it!
Thanks MM... lol... that's good to know, makes me feel less wimpy about my benching. I close grip and rub my lats with my elbows... CGBPing has made noticeable aestetic improvement as well.
Pats lost last night... that was a shitty game... it's a sad day
I've been dumping water like it's my job... hit 219lbs again this weekend, lol... i'm probably back to ~ 210 today... i feel hella better and lighter.... clearing my system of all booze and shit food... I didn't eat much yesterday, stomach couldn't handle... but around 12am... i felt hungry finally and ate a huge plate of good food... before that it was milk and whey shakes all i could get down.
So tonight... I need to get to the gym, but I have a few other errands that are best done before lifting...
I'll be back on the MWF schedule if I can handle lifting tonight
