Thanks all for the birthday wishes!! I had a great bday on the 23rd...turning 23 :beer:

My new bed kicks ass it's not even funny... didn't want to get out of bed, I think sleeping is my new favorite hobby, lol. And my back feels 75% better... once I get my lower back popped back in line and a full tune up this week i should be waking up with zero back pain for the first time in a LONG time ... i'm looking forward to it!

Thanks MM... lol... that's good to know, makes me feel less wimpy about my benching. I close grip and rub my lats with my elbows... CGBPing has made noticeable aestetic improvement as well.

Pats lost last night... that was a shitty game... it's a sad day :rose:

I've been dumping water like it's my job... hit 219lbs again this weekend, lol... i'm probably back to ~ 210 today... i feel hella better and lighter.... clearing my system of all booze and shit food... I didn't eat much yesterday, stomach couldn't handle... but around 12am... i felt hungry finally and ate a huge plate of good food... before that it was milk and whey shakes all i could get down.

So tonight... I need to get to the gym, but I have a few other errands that are best done before lifting...

I'll be back on the MWF schedule if I can handle lifting tonight :coffee:

lol...yes, that is true... the waking up part is better...but going to sleep not in pain is a + Too :) Yup... back to my old ways... sleepin on my stomach..it doesn't hurt my back so I can :rose:

eating first... then errand dos so i have time to digest then training :evil:

going to do extra squat warm ups ... my left flexor feels super tight.. oh, more streching too.

Friggin' other errand was not done... the place close early today :mad: ... I'll do that one tomorrow... that also meant I got some stuff done around here while digesting (1 hourish) my pre workout chicken and rice plate with milk.... then some honey before I left for the gym.

Incline walk at 2.8 speed for a few minutes... I don't know why, lol.... it was random... and my spinal erectors were not bothering me ONE bit until the Incline walking.

Nice, two PRs again! Good to see that the intermediate set on CG bench worked well and that your erectors are already thanking you for the new bed.

It sounds like a 5-pound jump on squats next Friday/Monday would be a good way to go, rather than another 10.

Thanks! Well it's not my erectors that are benefiting from the bed directly... it's more my spine... my backbones... that got very out of whack before.

My erectors are finally conditioned and don't get so pumped and sore lifting on the spot, it's a beautiful thing really :)

Yes indeedy... 5lb jump week :verygood: I've done that before when I found it a rather difficult monday... it's worked out so far.... hoping it was tougher than usual due to the 4 day layover.

I need a damn massage... i'm stiff and can feel knots.

My left knee that hasn't been a problem in 7 weeks is now hurting today... not good. Streching morning, noon, and night... may have to make the sessions a little longer and maybe ice tonight too.

And still need to go get L1-L5 lined up ... cervical verts feel outa whack again though too.
