I was in a horrific car accident this morning. No one else involved, just me and a slippery road hill and a very very steep hill of dirt on my right that pwnd my car. My car is totaled, it looks like it was rolled over multiple times. I was seatbelted. All i got was some abrasions, one bruise, and a swollen side of the head where the curtain airbag hit me so i didn't smash my head directly on the window. cat scan said my dome was anatomicaly correct... but they said they can't fix my brain function, lol.

I have 10 vic's to use...they gave me one in the ER and thankfully that kicked in and started working sooner than later; my head was throbbing like no other.

Gave me a tetnus shot in the delt while i was there too.

Going to try to eat protein and get in good solid food in when i can... appetite is nonexistant right now. Back in the gym end of next week hopefully.


Thank God is all I guess I can really say... I guess it wasn't my time yet, must have some more business to do here... :rose:


Wow... Sarge I'm happy that you are ok. I just read about your accident myself and thank god you are going to be ok from what you've been posting. Keep up the hard work and BE SMART about getting back into your lifts! Good luck bro!

Decline Abs: BWx12, x10, x8

Some Bi's and Tri's

Cardio: 10 minutes treadmill fast walk at 3.7, average 3.5.

I forgot to squat, lol (new training journal)... felt great to be back. Serious pumps going on, fully fueled.

Pulling/back tomorrow will be awesome!! :evil:

I'm glad you waited to get back into it. Yay for the pump!

I haven't been to my regular gym in months. The one I've been using is at the Uvinersity, mostly youngish, no idiot husbands.
I gotta go see, LOL.

Finally! This forum is always more fun when your journal is up and running.

A few comments:
1. lol @ the New Year's crowd. Have I mentioned that I love working out at home?
2. How the hell do you forget to squat?!?!?!
3. Can your back handle Pendlay rows again? If so, they would be a good lift to push, especially if you're not deadlifting heavy. You could hit two plates for 5 in this training block if your numbers at the end of your 5x5 were any indication.
4. (blatant hijack/off-topic) Is anybody else getting a D-Blade ad at the top of the page urging you to "try [D-Blade] now" in German?

Yay! more fun and random banter :)

1. ya, ya... I like the gym atmosphere. As much as I don't talk to anyone or socialize, I like having the ability to use the yoga ball for cable work when I need to ;)
2. It's not ingrained in me to go to the squat rack at every session anymore, I didn't write it down ahead of time as I do my workouts.
3. I'm going to give it a whirl for sure :) I remember I got 205x3 by "trying" them out again a few weeks ago. 225, more than reasonable goal if my core can hold out... i think it can.
4. I think I've seen that once. Mostly I get AF, AG, STERIODS AND BEYOND (that's always a good one to have a work at the top of the screen :rolleyes:), and other junk... as a Plat, I hate that... and even the backdoor/expertpcsupport doesn't block that anymore last time i checked. bullshit.

Just cooked up 8 breasts, 3 bags of brocolli, 1 bag (~5 cups) brown rice... go me. Good to go for a few days, depending on how augmented my diet is with other sources and eating out.

Nice work sgt. Some serious shit going on here.

I did rows yesterday and was only able to hande 135x5 with good form, i remember reading ur high ass poundages in the rows too like CS mentioned, i really need to kill it there.

SQUATING Is not inbred anymore!?!? Oh boy! lol, u should have to fight to stay away from the almight rack lol

Shit, u guys get adds, i get "the roid store" lol perfect.

mm- i get the roid store shit too.....i pulled up ef yesterday and the guy next to me was like..."i know you were on roids" haha....took it as a compliment :)

sarge...just started doing knee raises with a a 20 lb db hanging from my feet....i felt these more in my lower abs then any other lower ab exercise. you can do them either haning or off that dr. :evil:looking contraption where you can do dips on but also work stomach on.
