CGBP: Barx10, 95x5, 135x5, 165x5*, 185x3**, 200x5!!!
*Felt hard as hell... set pace too fast, took longer break before next set
**Felt easy, love 3 reps and below
!!! Holy crap! No spotter, 3 reps fine...4th rep was a struggle 5th rep... was a pause rep took a bunch of deep breaths lowered and pushed that b1znatch like my life depended on it so I didn't die. Glad I didn't blow out a pec or bicep, lol


Dips: BWx5*, BW+15x4 BWx1, BWx4...toast
*Haaard, pressing was shot... feet dropped 15lb DB and I repped out another. ..

Decline Abs: BWx8

French Press: 35x8, 55x8, 75x6

DB Hammers: 35'sx8, 40'sx8

8:03pm

and a lil' cardio: treadmill fast walk, 10 minutes @ 3.6-3.8 speed

Two plates for a single last week and two bills for five this week. That's a nice pair of milestones in a short period of time. Congrats!

I said "fuck it" today and wasn't going to be conservative going with 195... man was that a fuggin' struggle though.

Found the old scrape piece of paper with the stats from 2000.

2.1.2000 - 17 yrs old
147lbs @ 5'10.5 (damn I was light.. I got up to 170/180 my junior/senior year of High school after lifting like an idiot for awhile)
12" Bi/Tri
11" Forearms
14" Neck
19.5" Quad/Ham
37.5" Chest
28.25" Waist


1.18.2006 - 22 yrs old
189.5lbs 6'
15.5" Right Bi/Tri Flex
13" Right Forearm
23" Right Quad/Ham
16" R. Calve
44" Chest
34.25" Waist

haven't weighed in today ~220lbs.
17" R. Bi/Tri (L. is -.5")

36" Waist... I was hesitant is typing this. I wear 34 pants fine, 32's don't fit cuz of my glutes and thighs but I can button them without doing "the jig" and laying down. I'll ignore this number, lol.

Sarge: That's what I'm talking about right there! I know that feeling must be amazing. Evident long term progress is what it is all about. Imagine 23 to 29. Sick.

Log note:

Went out for the first time in a while last night... much needed socialization, good time... and now have NYE tentative plans.


Gearing up to train in about an hour or so, Day 2 pulling and some cardio if they don't close on me at 3.

BW: 224.5lbs a little water logged from last night, lol :evil:
