Sat, 5/27

Wend to NYC for a day trip…got my hair done (thermal reconditioning) and scored some sweet shopping deals :dance2: The quality “me” time was much needed and enjoyed.

I pre-cooked and pre-packed all my meals since I am still working off last week’s vacation indulgences and refused to be tempted by all the yummy options in the big city.

Scheduled rest day

Scale weight: 118.5lbs

9:15am:
Grilled cheese sandwich
- 2 slices Ezeikal bread
- 1.5 ounces Jarlsberg Lite Cheese
15 almonds

12:15pm:
Protein waffles
- ½ cup blended oatmeal
- 1 scoop vanilla whey
- ½ cup egg whites
- pumpkin pie seasoning

2:30pm:
Cliff Builders Bar in Peanut Butter

5:45pm & 8:45pm (split into two portions):
Cold spiced chicken stir fry:
- 6 oz TJs carne asada marinated chicken breast
- bean sprouts, cucumbers, mushrooms, tri-color peppers, onions, celery, tomato
- ½ cup kidney beans
- cooked with curry powder
- topped with1 tbsp ginger peanut dressing

Totals: ~1265 cals (~130g carbs, 127g protein, 29g fat)
Macros: 40c/40p/20f

Hey Roony! Havent wrote ya in a while. I see that your weight went down a good amount. You and I were about the same weight and you have beat me for sure. I am sure you look fantastic! Its good to see you have kept your discipline and dedication!!

Hey Sky! Nice to see you logging again....I look forward to catching up with your progress. As for me, I've been good with logging but have had my ups and downs. Right now, I'm still working on building muscle and reshaping my lower body.
 
This has turned into a very crappy day. The guy that I’ve been dating in Miami told me he’s having doubts about his feelings and needs time to think everything through. It caught me totally off-guard because he hadn’t given me any indication prior. Sigh! This ALWAYS happens to be just as I start getting comfortable in a relationship...it's like the minute they realize I like them, they don't like me back :( :bawling:
I also seem to have ostracized my entire friend circle by not going out to drink or eat lately so I don't have my local support system anymore.
I'm so sad right now. :bawling::bawling::bawling:

This sounds SOOO good....I really have to look for this TJ's stuff.....

Incline Chest Press – 2 x 12 with 20lb dbs, 1 x 12 with 25lb dbs
Incline Flys – 1 x 12 with 20lb dbs, 3 x 12 with 15lb dbs
Seated Chest Press Machine – 2 x 12 with 80lbs, 1 x 12 with 75lbs

Back
Incline Reverse Flys – 3 x 12 with 5lb dbs

Spiced chicken stir fry
- 5 oz TJ carne asada chicken
- onions, peppers, celery, mushrooms, cucumbers and bean sprouts
- curry powder & 1 tbsp lite soy sauce to season

10:15pm:
4 oz broiled tilapia seasoned with paprika
salad greens, grape tomatoes, onions, celery, cucumbers, tri-color peppers, hot banana peppers seasoned with lemon juice/black pepper

Totals: ~1285 cals (134g carbs, 138g protein, 27g fat)
Macros: ~40c/42p/18f
