I’m 33 years old, 182 cm tall after taking 4 months off training(lol), I’ve been back in the gym for the past 2 weeks, easing back in and rebuilding momentum.



I’ve never really taken training, diet, or enhancement seriously before. I’ve dabbled, half-followed plans, and jumped between phases without structure.





What I’ll be logging:

• Cycle details (compounds, dosages, timeline)

• Weekly weight/strength updates

• Training splits and cardio

• Diet/macros

• Mood, sides, and overall progress

💉 Compounds & Dosages:

  • Test E: 400 mg/week
  • EQ: 400 mg/week
  • Mast E: 200 mg/week
  • GH: 5 IU Daily before bed
  • Retatrutide (RETA):
    • Weeks 1–4: 1 mg/week
    • Weeks 5–8: 2 mg/week
    • Weeks 9–12: 3 mg/week
  • BPC-157: 500 mcg/day
  • TB-500: 2.5 mg twice per week
  • GHK-Cu: 2 mg/day (split AM/PM or post-workout)
  • Mtan2 (salt to taste🤣)


Cialis: 10 mg/day

Berberine: 500 mg 2×/day

NAC: 500 mg/day

TUDCA: 250 mg/day
