Strength is going up. I think I will be trying for 385 or therabouts at the meet. Elbow tendonitis back in full force which is expected since I did squats yesterday. Will have to adjust my grip on squats to help it next session. I went in too narrow I think yesterday. The older you get the wider you need to go. Ok everyone have a good week and get Strong AF!!!
