I did alright. I was so nervous before each lift my heart rate was in the 150's so I had a hell of a time keeping cool. Was sweats g so hard and nervous thought I was going to pass out. Squat I got 507, bench got 363 and failed at 385. Got 573 on deadlift. I lost grip with 606 but I had it in lockout went up easy. Just need to work on grip and I will have 675 in no time. I can basically do 5 reps with 600 on deadlift no problem with straps so my strength is there. Will take the next 12 months to build up and get ready for nationals. The wife broke the deadlift American Record with 385. Not bad considering she is not a conventional deadlifter. She excells at sumo.
