I think I have been hard on myself lately. I keep forgetting that I am off cycle and the weights should feel extra heavy. I dont think I have lost any strength so that is a plus. I just feel tired going in each day which is expected after going from 2000mg of injectables per week down to 500mg per week for the last 3.5 weeks. I cant wait to get through this period as I am excited to see how my gains go while being in a slight surplus. Looking at just increasing weights on squats and deadlifts at 10 lbs per week and bench at 5 lbs per week. Over a 16 week cycle the gains will be huge. Will most likely do anavar with the test/deca the first 4 weeks as it will take that long for the deca to kick in. The final 6 weeks will use dbol if needed. Ok everyone have a kick ass week and get Strong AF!!!

I just wonder at my age of 55 what is the min amount you think I need in order to recover properly for my goals? My wife is on 3 IU and I can tell you that going from 2IU to 3IU made a huge difference for her. Is 2IU going to be enough for me since I am on a big dose of test and Deca?

like you got your wife on too much hgh imo 1 IU is max for ladies
for you 2-3 IUs is a win

I disagree with you about my wifes hgh dosage. She is #1 in the world this year at her age and weight class. She needs to push the limit as she wants to break every world record and be #1 at Nationals in tne open class next year. She has zero side effects from the HGH at 3IU. Many women use much more than her with no problems. Dosages don't depend on whether you're a man or woman with HGH. In fact they say it's more important for women tk take more than males as there is no masculinity changes with the hormone. I am planning on pushing her until she doesn't like it. It works like a charm and she will be on 4IU soon.
