I am wondering if it’s dose dependent or on an empty stomach. I have idea if it works or not, but they claim it does so I will just use before each workout and with a few meals per day and before bed.
I use it also but I’m with ya. Not sure if it works or not

Today's workout was total hell again. 4 sec up 4 sec down on the reps is just absolute brutal. Getting crazy pumps/cramps in the muscles being worked. Taking Taurine just to make sure I can push through the workout without too much pain. Will be taking 2 days off for cardio and then back on Thursday. Today also marks the last shot of IGF for a couple weeks before going back on for another 4 week stint to close out my bulk. Lets all get huge together bros and sisters!!!

Every set of every exercise was performed with 8 second reps for time under tension/ mind muscle connection. Will be training this style for the next few weeks to take a break from the heavy stuff.

160x7x2 Lost Grip so couldnt finish 8 reps

Another brutal slow rep day. Elbow tendonitis flairing up again. Its manageble though. Just have to tough it out and push through it. Will be going for 500 grams carbs and 300 grams protein. Eating plenty of oatmeal and whey protein powder as well as white rice. Will be making another daily batch of high protein ice cream tonight. Ok everyone have a nice strong finish to the week. Lift big and get bigger!!!

elbows be careful i had some issues with mine for years

300 grams protein! thats the PATH bro!!! do it
