Wednesdaay - September 11

Flat Dumbell Press
55 x 10
85 x 3 sets x 5

110 x 6!!! (+2 reps)

115 x 3!!! + 1 forced (+5 lbs) <--these had dust on them cause no one ever used them

Rack Lockouts
135 x couple
225 x 3
275 x 3
295 x 2!!! (+10 lbs, + 1 rep)

Dips - 1 set x 20 reps (probably PR seeing how fat I am)
Tricep Pushdowns - 2 x 10
Wide Grip Bench Press to neck - 185 x 1 set x 12 reps
 
Yep It was one intense set.... 120's is all they got though... those damn weak bastards
 
Friday - September 12

Hack Squat Machine: 2plates x 10, 4 plates x 5, 6 plates x 5, 8 plates x 2 sets x 8 reps
Full Squat: 185 x 20 x 1 set
Rack Deadlifts: 185 x 3 sets x 10
Leg Extension: 2 x 10 supersets
Hamstring Curl: 4 x 10
Calves: 3 x 25 x 3 sets

Nice workout to wake my legs up after not training them for almost a month
