hey overhead bro, I am having the same problem with sumo as I do with conventional. That is I dont squat the weight up, but instead straighten my legs out, and then pull. WIth sumo I cannot generate the same power as with conventional, because it feels weird to squat up in a stance that is so wide. I would show you guys the video, but it was too embarassing even with 315. Then I tried some very narrow conventional speed deads, and it felt great.. when Ill go heavy next week, will see what happens
 
Monday - August 11

Incline Dumbell Press
45 x 10
75 x 3 sets x 5 reps - on one of sets a shoulder just gave out!
100 x 4!!! + 1 assisted (+2 reps)

Neutral Grip Dumbell Press (exodus style)
90 x 10 (failed) - wow these are hard

Skullcrushers - worked up to 105 x 5 (4 sets total)
Close Grip Presses with EZ bar - worked up to 205 lbs (4 sets total)

Face Pulls: 6 x 10 from different angles

embarassing?!!? what is embarassing about it? you need some form critque big deal
 
Because i feel like I know what the proper deadlift form should be, and to use shitty form on a weight that light was just inexcusable

+25 x 1 set x 5 - narrow, palms facing body

Cable Rows: 3 x 10

What is your rack deadlift goal again?

I think you made a wise choice with the pullups. Despite not going heavy for low reps, the change will do you good.
 
Rack deadlift goal? Short term 525.... long term..... a lot lol

yeap change up is good, my lats think i went light for them..... i will rape them during next bacxk session

It was a top quality workout. . .as for rack deads we will be reading about a 545lb pull in the next couple of months. . the hell with 525lbs.
